Digital Learning
At Harvest Home Primary School, digital technologies (and the Digital Technologies curriculum) are utilised to provide students with the tools to transform their learning and to enrich their learning environment. Digital Technologies at Harvest Home Primary School is integrated into all learning areas and it is not taught as a stand-alone specialist subject. It is utilised as a tool in all learning areas, across all year levels to ignite the critical and creative thinking of the students. At Harvest Home Primary School, we, have a strong focus to link the Victorian Curriculum of Digital Technologies into our literate and numerate classrooms to assist learning for the future.
Online SafetyHarvest Home PS has a strong focus on online safety for all students across the school. We have embedded many policies and activities from Foundation to Year 6 to ensure the school manages cyber safety, in conjunction with the Department of Education expectations.
