Bring Your Own Device (BYOD)
Harvest Home Primary School Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) Program
As we work in partnership with you in the education of your child/ren, it is our aim to keep up to date with our plans for improving our students’ learning via the implementation of our BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) program. We strongly believe that updating and redefining the way technology is used at Harvest Home Primary School to benefit our students’ learning outcomes, is of vital importance.
The focus of the BYOD program at Harvest Home Primary School is to provide tools and resources to the 21st Century Learner. Excellence in education requires that technology is seamlessly integrated throughout the educational program. Increasing access to technology is essential for the future, and one of the learning tools of these 21st Century students is the iPad. The individual use of iPads is a way to empower students to maximise their full potential and to prepare them for further studies and future education leading into the workplace.
