Prep Enrolment Process
Harvest Home Primary School invites enrolment applications from prospective families that reside within our designated zone. We strictly adhere to the Department of Education and Training (DET) enrolment policy to ensure that new students are from within our designated neighborhood area .
We strongly encourage all enrolment forms to be submitted to the school as soon as possible. This will assist the school to finalise the enrolment process and begin planning the transition sessions for your child/ren.
Enrolment forms are available in hardcopy from the school office.
Families need to submit a fully completed enrolment form and return it to our school office.
You will also need to provide the following documents:
- Proof of Birth (birth certificate or passport)
- School Entry Immunisation certificate
- Passport (if child was born overseas)
- Proof of Address (Drivers Licence and Rates notice / Land contract / rental agreement / statutory declaration)
