Student Reflection: Buzz Leader ANZAC Day RSL Visit

Read reflections from some of our leaders about their Buzz Leader ANZAC Day RSL Visit on Wednesday, April 17th

On Wednesday, April 17th, we went to Epping RSL.

Zoey 6E - At the RSL I learnt about the uniforms that people had to wear. This was very interesting. I enjoyed learning about the Tanks that were used. We read the names of the soldiers who fought and lost their lives. Which was sad.

Fletcher 6D - It was interesting learning about the different poppies and what each coloured poppy means. We also had to lay the flags on the roses. It was great learning about the different facts about the war and the Tank was cool.

Abbie 5G - At the RSL we had to lay the flags on the roses. Reading all the names of the soldiers and hearing the different facts about the war. It was a really good trip.

Amandra 4A - I enjoyed learning about ANZAC and all the soldiers who fought for us. It was sad reading the names of the fallen soldiers. I enjoyed my trip to the RSL.
